Max was very helpful, we got what we wanted very easily and felt we had good value for money.

It was the easiest furniture purchase we have had in years! James was highly knowledgeable, the range was great and with the colour code systems and store layout we were very quickly able to get to the two options suitable for us.

We were dealt with by James at the Trowbridge store, he was friendly but not over bearing, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We would recommend him to anyone. We were offered a quick delivery and very happy with the overall experience.

We were met by the manager who explained the system of coding. We had visited the shop more than a year ago and the layout and system are much improved. The manager attended to all of our questions and personally conducted the sale. We highly commend him for his knowledge and manner.
