Very simple and straightforward, prices were competitive, and the staff helpful and knowledgeable

On entering the store I was immediately approached by assistant Scott who listened to my requirement and showed me several beds -I was encouraged to try out the various firmness of mattresses with no pressure to hurry. I was also given a swatch of colours of divans and styles. The assistant was polite, helpful and very pleasant.

The store manager served us, he was really great he didn't try and pass us over to someone else he continued to serve us and helped us make our decision on which bed and mattress to pick. A fantastic bloke.

Good products, knowledgeable staff and good after sales service means I make Dreams my first choice. Jim Fulton was the salesman that helped me make my purchases today. I was made to feel very comfortable, everything was explained to me and I didn't feel hurried although other customers were coming in all the time. Another successfull visit, well done and a Happy New Year to you all!

We entered the store with little knowledge of the products available and found the colour coding system very helpful. A store assistant offered her help straight away and was happy to give us some time as we explained we would first like to look at the products then come back to talk to her. She was very approachable and when we were ready, she provided us with the information we needed to buy a matress within our price range. In fact, she recommended one of the matresses that we hadn't noticed was on offer and helped us with making a saving on this purchase. She was very helpful and not pushy at all, giving us confidence and making us comfortable with our purchase. We also bought pillows and a duvet with her advice.

Sheryl remembered us from a previous purchase 3 weeks previous to our return. She was able to help us with our purchase, made us feel welcome and understood our needs. She was friendly and polite and made the whole experience straight forward and enjoyable. She secured a good delivery date (2 weeks following purchase) and we are extremely happy with the products we brought and the quality.
