Dreams - Trowbridge

We visited twice to obtain new mattresses for our adjustable beds and both times the staff were very helpful and went out or their way to help us with our choices.

Sheryl had explained different choices to my husband on Tuesday so today I came to try the different mattresses. Scott was very helpful. We were even offered a cup of coffee.

The assistant was Scott who knew the products and was very helpful and good mannered.

from the moment we entered the Trowbridge store, we were welcomed by Scott, who explained the colour coding of the products, & after telling him what we were looking for, he left us alone to browse at our leisure, but was always on hand to advise & answer any questions. Once we had made a decision, Scott took us through the purchase with great good humour, friendliness, & efficiency.

We were greeted, shown where to look at the range of headboard, left to look, offered assistance and advice with no pressure. We explained we wanted to go and check measurement at home. On our return a few days later they remembered us and made the order with charm and humour.

Sheryl the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but was not pushy in any way. She gave us all the options to ensure we got the best deal.
