Charlotte helped us pick out the right mattress using the results from the sleep match machine. She was very helpful and patient as we tried out different options and colour combinations. The whole experience was very positive and reassuring.

We were really impressed with the service we received from Laura and her colleague. They were able to answer any of our queries with confidence and knowledge. It made our experience of buying a new bed, mattress and headboard painless.

I never expected choosing a mattress to be such a pleasant experience. Lindsay was helpful and good humoured. She guided me through the process on the Sleepmatch machine, and when that produced results which I felt did not match my requirements, demonstrated her knowledge by showing me alternatives until I found the mattress which suited me, remaining cheerful throughout.

Friendly Staff (Lindsay 043) and Jason the manager both worked very hard to try and find us a suitable bed at a price we could afford, although the price was £500 above what we wanted to pay there was only one specific option we found most comfortable and appealing to the eye.

We were helped by the manager of the store (can't remember his name). After a long day we wanted to get our new mattress. We visited a different store pre-COVID and after using their sleep machine we knew we needed a firm mattress. The manager was extremely knowledgeable about the beds, springs and the materials the bed were made from. He gave us three options from our firmness 'rating'. The second bed (the Holman) was our choice. The service extremely fast service as the store was quiet, not rushed, but perfectly adequate. A cool bottle of water was provided and even a complimentary pack of four pillows with our purchase. We will certainly recommend the Trowbridge branch of Dreams to friends.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable assistant who dealt with our purchase from start to finish, we came away very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future, so glad we used the store in Trowbridge.
