Sheryl was very knowledgeable and helpful, she explained the different types of mattress, let us try them all out and helped us pick the right one for us. There was no pressure and she even made us a cup of coffee!

Sheryl the assistant was very helpful and patient with my Husband who is not always the easiest to please so she deserves brownie points for that alone!!! We were not pushed into any high power sellimg just allowed to try as many Tempur mattresses as we wanted, resulting in a very pleasant Sunday afternoon with a good order Thank you very much !! and well done DREAMS of Trowbridge Wiltshire

The member of staff that took my order (Scott) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and interacted really well with my children whom the mattresses we purchased were for. Information was clearly stated and useful. The members of staff also present in the shop were likewise friendly and engaging.

We were seeking a replacement mattress and found an excellent range covering the entire price range from very cheap to very expensive, together with a very helpful but non-pushy salesman(James).
