Visited the store twice, sales assistant Sheryl was very helpful and attentive. Great customer service, even highlighted the Defence Discount I was not aware of.

We came to select a mattress - choices were well laid out with clear labels on firmness that could be read at a distance. The in-store service was excellent throughout, from selection to purchase.

Sheryl who helped us talked us through all different types of beds as we expressed about having a bad back. She took her time and made us feel very welcome. Once we found the bed of our dreams (no pun intended) she again made us feel very comfortable and at ease in the way in which she went through the extras and payment procedure. Had it not been for Sheryl's excellent customer service which by the way was the best I have ever encountered we would have looked in other locations for alternative options. We were so pleased we have recommended to friends and family and mentioned her service on Facebook. The beds and mattress you had on offer were of an excellent vale and quality which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Many thanks, Simon Stretton.
