We visted the Trowbridge store and helped by the store manager who was extremely helpful and could answer any questions we had. We were given ample time to make a decision and advised to take our time.

We were given good advice, but left alone to make our final decision.

Sheryl was very approachable and helpful, going though the different type of mattresses. She wasn't pushy or tried any hard sell tactics. She did mention the 8 year guarantee but offset this with the mattress protector cost so in turn giving the insurance for free... clever!

The assistant showed me the mattresses and explained about them and then gave me plenty of browsing time and was on hand in the back ground when I need to ask questions.

Jim made us feel welcome, and allowed us the space to chat as a family and make our decision. We were given all of the information we could have needed, and Jim made sure he double checked that everything was correct he was telling me (i.e. cables for the TV and how everything went together). A genuinely nice guy.

Encouraged to fully test the comfort and support of the bed. I was looking for a bed to support my back and the salesman showed me a few options with varying prices. Once the mattress was selected he then advised which bases would suit. He gave me time to discuss options with my family and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision
