I HIGHLY SATISFIED WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE TO BE ABLE TO BE SHOWN ROUND AND BE ABLE TO FIND OUT AS MUCH AS I WANTED AND TO BE ABLE TO TRY ALL BEDS I WAS INTRESTED IN WHEN FINALLY I FOUND THE BED I WANTED AND WAS GLAD TO BE ABLE TO MAKE 2 PAYMENTS AND RECEIVE MY BED WITHIN A MONTH OF SEING IT IN STORE . I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JAMES AND THE STAFF AT THE TROWBRIDGE STORE FOR BEING SO HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSING MY BED AND MATTRESS ECT AND WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEND A BIG THANKYOU TO THE 2 DELIVERY GUY'S ASHLEY . C AND RICHARD . H . THESE 2 GUYS WERE SO HELPFUL AND BROUGHT ALL ITEMS IN TO MY HOUSE AND PUT THEM INSIDE WHERE IT WAS GOING TO BE EASY TO GET ITEMS SET UP MY NEW BED UP .

I am the sort of person that researches all high value expenditure. I knew nothing about mattresses/beds when walking in to the store but knew enough to make a decision as to my requirements on leaving. This was due entirely to the professionalism of your staff.

We wanted a sofa bed. Although the store didn't have any, the staff were very knowledgeable about the item we wanted.

I needed time to choose a new mattress and because there were so many to choose from I asked the salesman to show me the type of mattress I was looking for. He showed me all the options and talked through what each one was and the benefits, as I was looking for a firm mattress due to ongoing back issues. I found what I wanted, it was in stock and he explained the 40 day offer, which was excellent in my situation of trying finding a mattress that would suit me and my husband, who is unwell. He explained the order, checked the delivery and I took out the guarantee as I thought it was good cover and worth having. Very pleasant young man and he had an excellent approach, as in not being too 'pushy'. Very polite and professional throughout.
