Not pushy, gave you time to look around, then asked if you needed assistance. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I needed a new set of wardrobes as I had moved into a new home and didn't have any of my own.

Jim who served us was bril, didn't pester us but offered help if it was needed then left us to look but was available for questions. Its the first time I have been into a shop and not felt hastled by the staff in a long time. If I feel under pressure I would have walked out the shop. Thanks Jim, made buying a bed for my first home a pleasure

Friendly knowledgable staff (sherry) not pushy trying to close a sale, listened to our needs and why and directed us through the mattress options until we found a match with out going to the highest priced items first.

Made to feel welcome without feeling pressured. Staff friendly and considerate. Store was well laid out to easily understand what we were looking at/for.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff upon arrival, who asked if we needed a helping hand from the start. He then preceeded to point us in the right direction but then left us to look at our own pace. Neither myself or my partner like to be hassled when we are out shopping and this was not happened at all. The member of staff came back occassionally to check on our progress and to offer advice which fitted perfectly into our overall shopping experience. We bought the mattress we desired and the whole process was an enjoyable one, we even had a cup of coffee whilst processing the order. Thanks so much.
