The gentleman called Jim Fulton was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was selling us did not put any pressure on us to buy was friendly pleasant and we even got offered a hot drink would recommend to my friends

Came to get a bed, got a bed. Colleague that served us asked what we wanted and suggested beds based on our requirements.

The store was warm and welcoming with goods displayed well. The assistant was extremely helpful showing knowledge of the products, their qualities and components. Clear explanation of delivery procedure and what is involved in removal of old mattress and bed was much appreciated. I had planned to visit two other stores before making a purchase but I was able to find exactly what I wanted thanks to the assistant being able to answer all my questions and the right items being available.
