Had good idea of what we wanted but not 100% sure. Scott approached us in store and explained how everything was laid out and then left us to it, which we really appreciated as we didn't feel any pressure, he just told us where is he was if we needed anything. We decided pretty quickly and moved over to the ordering desk, we were offered tea or coffee which was very welcomed and Scott was extremely helpful and friendly. Just waiting for delivery now on Wednesday! Can't believe you were able to deliver so quickly especially with it being Easter weekend

The team in your Trowbridge store were brilliant. They allowed us to browse in our own time, offer help when we sought it, offered us beverages, explained the various options of mattress type and generally were really very helpful. We at no point felt pressured which is always perceived with at these establishments.

Went in to try out mattresses. Spent an hour talking to Scott. Trowbridge branch. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We returned after pay day to place an order of find the one we wanted had 20 % off. We are currently waiting for it to be delivered. Very friendly staff. No pressure to buy. Relaxed and made buying there a pleasure.
