Dreams - Trowbridge

The visit was quick and easy, we had an idea in our minds what type of bed we were looking for but not 100% Sheryl was the lovely lady looking after us, she understood our needs and what we were looking for and to her best ability helped us choose our purchase. She was very helpful and she made the experience very pleasant for us :) Thank you Sheryl

We were greeted by the manager on our first visit to the Trowbridge store and introduced to a sales assistant, who was helpful but not pushy. We were provided with lots of advice, informed of the costs and likely delivery dates, so that we could consider whether or not we wished to go ahead with the purchase. On our return to the store, we were positively greeted and the original sales assistant sought us out and helped us finalised our purchase. At all times he was polite, gave us options, let us know about all of the offers offers and did not pressure us in any way (very refreshing).

I think the assistant that served us (Mike), was very helpful. He was not pushy and it was a delight being able to ask for what we wanted. A very dedicated and member of staff

James Fulton was helpful and knowledgeable. He provided help and guidance on products but then stepped away to allow us time to consider the products and we felt supported but not under pressure to purchase a mattress. He was professional throughout.

Great in store customer service, prompt delivery and very accomadating delivery drivers.

Nice friendly staff that were available to help. They didn't linger and gave us space to decide after talking through the specifics of each bed. I did not feel pushed into a sale either. Overall I was highly satisfied with the service we received from James the manager of the Trowbridge store.
