Dreams - Trowbridge

I went into the store with no idea what to buy or what to be looking for. Ive never bought a bed before, i had a rough idea of my requirements. The staff were very informative and pointed me in the right direction straight away.

Dream Colleague Scott was polite, stood off until asked (very important). Gave detailed answers to all questions (obviously knows his stuff) Explained order, delivery process in an informative manner, not condescending (again very important) Whole process made enjoyable (If a bloke on a Saturday can find shopping enjoyable!)

I have brought from dreams before and we were very pleased with every thingStaff were very helpful and very friendly and we were offered a drink.

The assistant,Sheryl was excellent.

Not 'pounced'on as soon as entering store',but every assistance was forthcoming and excellent help in choosing bed we wanted.

My husband and I haven't purchased a bed for 20 years. The assistant, Sheryl made it a stress free experience highlighting all of the available options. We were a little indecisive and she exhibited great patience, including making us a cup of tea!

Colleague had the right balance between offering us assistance and leaving us alone to try the products we were interested in. We were in the store well over an hour trying things but didn't feel rushed. He was also very friendly to our 3 year old daughter as bed shopping for them isn't fun.

Jim was very knowledgeable on the range of products available and the similarities and differences between them. He was clear on the options available to us and what we could and could not do.

Good and attentive customer service.
