A very polite patient assistant who spotted my husbands capabilities. Charlotte.There was no rush.

The young man was very help full. He listened to our needs without trying to sway us in another direction. Very satisfied.

We needed a memory foam mattress due to my bad back and assistant granted the needs my back requires. Overall very polite and helpful man.

We arrived at the store with no appointment and without knowing which comfort rating and which mattress material to choose. Max, the colleague, aided us throughout the process and we left with mattresses that we are very happy with.

The member of staff Lindsay at your Trowbridge store was excellent. She very quickly put us at ease and gave us specs and time to make our choice whilst guiding us along the way. No pressure selling was so refreshing.

I got the product that I went for. Charlotte was extremely helpful and it bwas easy.

Staff were excellent very professional offered us water and kept within the 2m distance but still made us feel valued.

The man I had was really helpful. He made sure that with the COVID restrictions we were able to look at the beds and try them out. We were offered water if we needed it and they made sure our safety was number 1
