James is very knowledgeable about the products, was able to understand and emphasise our needs, didn't try to sell us the most expensive option, even though that was our choice at the end. Gave us plent of time, didn't hassle or pushed for a sale, was friendly with excellent communication skills. Felt very welcomed, and it was a friendly atmosphere in the store.

Jim, the Trowbridge shop manager made us welcome, and as my husband and I were 85yrs old took great care and made sure we were both safe and made it easy to view the beds. He was on hand and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable,competant and a credit to the company. Well done thanks you.

Had great help from Scott from start to finish. Even thought the exact bed wasn't there he found the closest match to try out.

I wanted a new mattress, went into the store simple check, simple chat, job done and the tea was delicious.

very polite staff and we were offered a drink at the start. also we were offered drinks throughout our time in the store. the manager listened well to our needs and started by showing us the beds he thought would match those needs.We tried lots of mattresses, some more than once, and at no time was any pressure put on us (even though we were in-store for over 2 hours). He also had a good sense of humour which was very welcome after a day of bed hunting. the manager explained all about the price match scheme and went out of his way to try to match the one we eventually chose. We felt the manager was on our side when it came to trying to give us the best possible price he could. we would definitely go back if we needed this sort of product again.

I found the staff very helpful sharing there knowledge and assisting me to be able to purchase the correct bed for me.

We went into the store at the end of the day on a bank holiday. James greeted and treated us like we were the first of the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the different types of mattresses and benefits. He wasn't pushy and we didn't feel he was just plugging most expensive etc.

Assistant was very helpful understanding my need for acocomfortable nights sleep and recommended which one that would meet my requirements.

Max understood our requirements was polite and professional. When I explained that the bed we had chosen was outside my budget he quickly found a suitable alternative in budget.

Very friendly staff even made me a tea whilst we went through order. Gave us options about delivery. Staff wasn't pushy about sale as my partner and I have visited store in Trowbridge many times without buying and they were just as helpful and friendly every time. Thank you can't wait for our order.
