Sheryl was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient

On entering the store I was given time to look around before I was approached, then Scott assisted me with choosing the mattress which best suited my needs and then asked if I would like a drink which also gave me time to test out the mattresses which I was looking at. Once I had made up my mind I then was helped to find the right bed that I wanted and the whole process from choosing to purchasing went very smoothly.

The bed we chose was available for delivery far sooner than we imagined, the price was great, the sales guy made us aware of other offers on pilliows and a duvet which we needed... It was an an absolute pleasure to shop here, would most definitely recommend friends and wouldn't hesitate to return for future purchases. Great range and the guys were also very helpful with regards to delivery to our 3 story house.

The Dreams representative, Max, was most helpful in listening to what we wanted and matching the products to our needs.

Staff were available and ready to assist but remained unobtrusive

The staff were extremely helpful, after an explanation of the various standards and quality of products we were given as much time as we required to try-out the mattresses and as my wife was experiencing back pain at the time we took full advantage of this to try and ensure the correct choice. Scott, remained available to answer any subsequent queries as they arose, but never to close to make us feel under pressure; we liked that.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by sheryl who was extremely helpful, and managed 2 find us the right mattress for my husband and myself, sheryl was also very happy to continue with serving us after the shop had closed even tho i offered to come back the following day. We are very happy with the service we got.

Very friendly staff. On the first visit I left with all the information needed to purchase (we are moving house and couldn't buy on the first visit) When I returned a month later the sales staff remembered me and I was able to purchase quickly. Both times they allowed me to come in with the dog and on my return visit I was offered a cup of coffee! Lots of delivery dates available too and Saturdays at no extra charge.

On entering the store we were both apprehensive and were so confused by so many beds.BUT the lovely sales assistant named SHERYL from your Trowbridge branch was amazing. Not pushy and so helpful and made our visit and purchase of new bed very easy.
