Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Product able to be delivered at a convenient time within a few days.

My partner and I came into the Trowbridge branch to browse. We were kindly greeted by the story manager, James who explained the products to us and the colour coding, got to know our needs and what we were looking for and then left us to browse. We were not pressured or rushed into buying anything but support was there when we needed to ask a question. Scott was particularly helpful in accessing a tape measure so that we could measure certain items and helped us work out what would fit where in the plan of the bedroom we had. We were offered refreshments by another staff member. Everyone was very friendly.

We were able to try out the different beds without the intrusion of the salesman, yet he was always on hand for any assistance we did require. He allowed us plenty of time and space to discuss the various beds between ourselves and provided just the right information without being again invasive of our space and our own discussions. Very helpful and informative

I like that the staff are there and informative when you need them, and not pushy like other retailers.

When we visited the store we were allowed to brows a while before being approached by a member of staff, which we appreciated. The member of staff was very polite, and helpful with his advice and knowledge of the products in the store, and the offers available We were not rushed and were given time alone to discuss what we thought we would like to buy. The transaction was easy and clear to us and we were happy to purchase our item. The staff member was Mr Jim Fulton, a very nice gentleman. Thank You.

The store was very friendly, comfortable and easy to walk around. The staff were attentive without being over bearing. Prices were very attractive and the products on display were of a good quality. We were served by the store manager (James) who was knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. The overall experience was stress free and from our point of view cost effective. We would certainly visit again

every thing went smoothly, and the service was excellent.

When we entered the store we were greeted very warmly by Scott who offered his assistance and explained the colour coding of the mattresses. His sales manner was very reassuring but not at all pushy, allowing us to test out a number of alternatives. He offered advice periodically when needed.

. We found member of staff who helped us on a previous visit, His friendly welcome was appreciated and he seemed to remember us. Very happy shopping experience.

Team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and i even got a cup of coffee at the end !!!
