Having purchased a bed previously from Dreams, and being very happy with it, I decided to try again. I found the assistants to be extremely helpful, friendly and very patient.

The assistant was very helpful and allowed us to try out the mattresses without being pushy.

The store had a very easy to understand layout but more importantly the staff were not pushy, they just let you take your time and were there when they were needed.

Good customer service. Options made available. Placing order was easy and thoroughly explained. Additional cover was offered and explained. Friendly and helpful staff.

as soon as I walked through the door the Trowbridge store manager Jim was very helpful with fantastic product knowledge, I went away with everything we needed, I then returned to purchase the bed a week or so later with Jim and even know we ran right up to closing time with the order he covered everything and I was his priority not trying to get rid of me because it was nearing closing time. very happy with the overall service and nothing was to much hassle would definitely recommend and use again.

Very friendly staff who knew a great deal about the products

I entered the store with the intention of purchasing a TV Ottoman bed with a medium firm mattress however once in store the mattress seemed inadaquate. At this point Scott came to my aid and helped me by explaining all the intricate details about diffrent types of mattress. Unfortunately I didn't opt for the TV bed as it was quite expensive but Scott helped me settle on a similar bed package that both my wife and I are very happy with. At the end of a very warm day Both Sheryl and Scott were very patient and a pleasure to purchase from.

Sheryl, who came to our assistance was very helpful, friendly, and answered all questions we asked, the whole experience was friendly and very efficient
