Dreams - Trowbridge

We were served by Scott of the Trowbridge store on Saturday 25th who was very helpful and informative, we were keen on a bed but went away to think, we returned on Sunday 26th PM and were recognised from the day before by a lady colleague who helped us again with the same bed, ultimately we ordered another bed after suggestions from her - it was her that clinched the sale with us (for a more expensive product - well done her) - very sorry we cannot recall her name but she must have worked the Saturday afternoon as well as the Sunday to have recognised us from the day before - great service.

Sheryl explained the mattresses to us, letting us try all of them many times until we were happy with what we had chosen. She even got us pillows to try with the mattress. She was very patient with our 4 year old and also let him try he mattresses with us, making the whole shopping experience much calmer and enjoyable! A great thanks to her, lovely lady!

From entering the store the sales assistant was polite and helpful. He allow us space and was on hand to answer any questions we asked. He was at no time pushy with completing a sale.

Not rushed. Not pushed into buying a more expensive mattress. Present assistant. Patient. Tea and coffee offered

James was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in respect of the wide choice of mattresses. He was able to answer all our questions. He was an attentive salesman and took a pride in his work without being overly so. After explaining everything he left my wife and I to try out the various mattresses on our own. When requested, he returned and answered a few more questions and we then proceeded with our purchase. There was no pressure on his part which I thought was good.

I am registered disabled with a spinal condition and the choice of mattress is extremely important to myself but also equally important that it suits my wife's needs. Sheryl the assistant was completely understanding to my needs and has the patience of a saint. Thank you Sheryl. I have visited the store twice before and I also was met by Sheryl. I am hoping that after spending the amount that I did on the mattress that it fully suits what I am looking for. The mattress will be getting delivered tomorrow (24/06/16), so it is hard to comment on how good it actually is until I've tried it out. I am happy that there is a 40 day try out on the mattress. Hopefully I won't have to return/exchange it but I'm sure I'll find out soon as to how well I sleep and what I'm like mobility wise when I wake up.

Non pushy sales team. Jim was excellent. Let us browse but was on hand to point out offers, and the different mattress types. Can't fault him on a single thing.

Staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and offered great advise. Only slight issue was lead time of the delivery however that isnt really a major issue

Sheryl was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Helped with all aspects of my purchases and pointed out the various options that were available to me.

Good service, product availability, good delivery times and good delivery service.
