we had both our kids with us and dreams didn't mind them trying all the beds out, they offered us drinks and were very polite.

Sheryl our assistant was friendly,informed,helped us select the best products for us including items we had not thought about. gave us a cup of tea in bed and made the whole experience very pleasant. The products were more expensive than we were anticipating but absolutely worth the money.

She was very friendly and spent a lot of time explaining the different types of mattress so that we were able to select the right one. The manager who served us was very well informed and was able to give us the information we required without intruding on our deliberations. We did not feel pressured in any way, but were well cared for.
