Dreams - Trowbridge

Scott the store assistant who served us was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed with the service we received and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Availability of the product and delivery, as promised, on time.

The lady in the store was very friendly and efficient and gave me as much time as I needed. Very painless purchase.

I had called in earlier in the day to have a look at some mattresses and my plan was to return later with my husband in the hope of placing an order. Sheryl looked after me and was really knowledgable about all of the mattresses and offered me lots of options without any hard sell. I told her I would be back later in the day with my husband and she gave me her contact details if I had anymore questions. Later in the day I began to make my way back to my local Dreams (Trowbridge) and got stuck in some traffic which meant I wouldn't be able to get to the shop before it closed. I phoned Sheryl and told her I'd be in a few days. I had my daughter with me who's 3 and it was also the hottest day of the year. Not an ideal time to be sat in traffic. Sheryl advised that she didn't mind staying on incase we made it in. We got there for about 6.15pm and Sheryl had waited for us and there were 3 glasses of water sitting on the desk for us! This was more than we expected and she really was great. She put up with our 3 year old who was just happy to be out of a hot car and was really knowledgable and helped both myself and my husband pick something that catered to both our needs.

Professional service

The store manager and assistant were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the quality products they sell.

Scott was able to give us the information and advice we needed without feeling pushy or pressured into making a purchase. There was a good range of mattresses in the store for us to try out. The staff were friendly and helped entertain our 1 year old little girl while we made our choice.

From such an array of choice, it was quite daunting, to choose a bed, as it's difficult to know if it's the right choice, with just a few minutes lying on a bed , in such a vast showroom situation, lying down, in front of a 'stranger'!! - but the guy that dealt with us, ( Scott ...Trowbridge branch) - was very nice, - VERY knowledgable, and directed us - with patience, to the bed we finally decided on? - we are awaiting delivery, but it is nice to know there is a policy with 'Dreams' that allows a 40 day return of the bed, if you end up not happy!? - which is fabulous! - so fingers crossed it won't be needed, but nice to have that back up plan, should we not be happy with the comfort etc?

The Store Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The sales assistant was very helpful but without being too pushy. She gave us help when we needed it and then left us alone to be able to make our decision.
