we went to buy a mattress and max approached us letting us take our time to see what would be good for us he was very patient.finally we picked one and he processed the sale making it easy for us with the delivery

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did not pressure you which made it a good experience.

Wonderful service and excellent products

Sheryl who served and assisted us was absolutely fantastic, she spent time finding out exactly what we were after and lead us in the right direction and narrowed down our search rather than trying all the beds and getting confused. She also made us tea and coffee while we talked between ourselves and went from bed to bed. We didn't feel rushed or under pressure at all. Well done Sheryl.

Very friendly, helpful assistance

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door of your Trowbridge store by a helpful, knowledgeable and patient assistant, Sheryl. All I knew was that I wanted a new mattress and had seen one on line. I soon realised there was more to choosing a mattress than I'd thought and with Sheryl's help, expert advice and knowledge of the products, I eventually made a choice. Everything about the purchase, the delivery, the 40 nights trial and returns policy was carefully explained. It was almost a joy to have gone shopping that day !

with the choice available I wasnt sure which would be best for my back problems but with the advice given was able to hopefully make the right choice so I am looking forward to delivery on Monday, hoping I made the right choice and knowing I can exchange it if not, but I am sure it will be fine. Also quick delivery

Fab staff, very helpful and knowledgable

The assistant gave information clearly and willingly and added to information without prompting. I felt under no pressure to make a decision and was free to change my mind however I liked.
