Max the sales assistant took time making sure we were happy with our selection, he gave us great advice in helping us know what we were looking for without adding pressure to buy, which I have experienced in other stores. Everything from choosing to buying was done smoothly and efficiently, could not fault. Can't wait for our bed to arrive soon.

We were served by James who dealt with us promptly and explained the options available to us.

6 p.m. Friday evening before Bank Holiday Monday. No one in the store except me and the salesman. I had his full and undivided attention for an hour and a half. How could I not be completely satisfied with the attention I was given? He let me try any number of beds and pillows during that time until I chose what I thought was right for me. Had I chosen to come on Saturday, I may have had to wait a little ...

There was an issue with pricing, the store manager resolved the issue without any problems. I do however believe that this would have been a lot easier if the internal communication was better, as the issue was based around sale prices and lack of understanding.

The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Store was clean and tidy. Order placed swiftly.

We went into a store to buy a bed for our new house. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and even went as far to replace a mattress on a bed so we can try it out. When it came to buying our mattress we were advised of beneficial extras to help save money and get the most from our purchase.

I bought a single bed last December very pleased with it that's why I went to Dreams for my King size.

We were met with a warm welcome and dealt with in a professional manner. We knew exactly what we were looking for and Scott was very helpful in explaining the various combinations of bases and mattresses to suit our requirements. We were given excellent service everything was clearly explained from the costs, sale discounts through to delivery availability and times. All of this followed up with a confirmation email. It was our first visit to the shop and found it to be a pleasant experience. We were not hassled and given time to consider our purchase, offering support when needed.
