The range of products was very good, the sales assistant explained the colour coding for the mattress's regarding their quality suitability to our requirements. the staff were very polite and not persuasive in any way. The sale was completed to my satisfaction.

We were able to walk around without being harassed ! Employee introduced themselves to let us know they were there for us if needed

We were very impressed with the help and the knowledge of the store manager,he was so helpful and polite. He wasn't pushy and he explained everything fully. We would definitely return to the store.

I have shopped at dreams a few times and found the staff very friendly and helpful . It was nice to go Into a shop where they could answer all my queries . it does help when you are served by staff who have a great knowledge of you're products.I am very pleased with my purchases from Dreams ,past and present.and will continue to shop at Dreams in the future.
