From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted with friendly help from Scott Lane who gave us his assistance and advice without being too pushy with us. We made quite a large purchase and went back into the store several times to ask different questions, and each time received the same excellent service. The store manager Jim Fulton was also very kind and helpful during our visit.

I had The change to try lots of matress, to Take my time to Look around..The staff was more than briliant, Mrs. Natasha explaind me all the details about frames, time of delivey, all type of matress... The quality is excelent... Very strong and good looking bed frame and the matress is perfect , firm ... Mr. James help us with finance, he's been a real professional,he answered to all our questions, we forgot same paper at Home and he was very kind to wait for us to go and pick them up... We are very pleased with the service and the products...

Your staff member Jim Fulton, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and our requirements - various options were made available and discussed. Upon purchasing we were informed about all necessary information and options. Refreshments were also offered.

Scott approached us almost immediately and he established if we needed help or just wish to browse. Once we informed him we were looking to purchase a new mattress, he drew our attention to the mattress grading and gave us a leaflet. He talked us through the colour system which helped greatly. Scott gave us the time to try mattress out and advised when needed. At all times he was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. At no time was there any rush to make a decision and did not try to push a sale onto us. It was a very pleasant visit and would highly recommend the store and Scott to family and friends.

We visited on a number of occasions and sales staff were very patient with us as we kept changing our minds - we just needed to make sure that we were ordering the right bedroom furniture - lots of questions and sales staff found out the answers

Found exactly what was needed and given plenty of help and support by a very friendly, well trained assistant in store. As my husband is disabled this is very important to us.

We were highly satisfied with the service we got the member of staff was friendly and very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.
