Dreams - Trowbridge

A swift, courteous service, we were very impressed and would highly recommend the Trowbridge Dreams stores.

I have previously bought a bed from the Trowbridge branch and knew what I wanted on this occasion. I rang the day before and spoke to Jim who introduced himself as the Store Manager. He confirmed that the mattress I had previously bought had been replaced with another and he explained the name of the mattress. I arranged to visit the store the following day. Jim had mentioned that he wouldn't be available on that day but I was helped by Scott who I found very professional and helpful.

Firstly the staff are great. They know what they're talking about and are very personable and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy. There were varied options to choose from in the style that I wanted and when purchasing setting a delivery date was easy. They were very flexible on delivery dates and offered the opertunity to have them set the bed up for us (which is very useful). I was also offered the option of furthering the guarantee on the bed. The whole process seemed adaptable to each individual whigh meant I came away with exactly what I wanted. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Everything was excellent, sales person knowledgable but not pushy, purchase terms excellent.

The staff were very pleasant and listened to what we required and assisted us in our purchase.

Very knowledgeable friendly staff members specifically James who I believe was the store manager he showed us around a lot if products but did not pressure us for a sale. JA message was the reason we went back to the Trowbridge branch to place our order. His service was second to none and there was 2 other staff who made genuine friendly chat with myself and child while order was being placed. LLovely team @ Trowbridge.

Scott was well informed, explained the system of colours to find the correct mattress very well and was not pushy and annoying.

The sales assistant was very helpful and gave me lots of information about the various products, so I was able to choose the right product for my needs. The order process was also very easy. I was really impressed by the standard of service I received.
