Helpful friendly staff, good product and able to delivery quickly

the sales assistant, Natashe was highly knowledgeable and helpful. she talked us through the options available and helped us choose our bed and mattress. She spent a lot of time helping us select a mattress and letting us try them all out. We had a coffee whilst we tried and she made the experience very good for us, talked us through all the finance options and helped us get the best offer available for our budget. The store was beautifully presented and easy to navigate and he finance options made it possible for us to get the bed we wanted. very satisfied and have recommended this store to our families.

James and Max were both really helpful and kind, and especially patient with my kids too. Although I spent more than I was hoping to, the experience was much more pleasant than I imagined it would be ;)

great staff, great tea friendly and efficient

The sales assistant (Natasha) was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. She even made me a cup of tea and was happy to wait whilst I wanted to think about the purchase over lunch. She even helped me to the car with the additional purchases she advised me on. As she was new, the store manager had to help with the computer part of the sale. He too was helpful and polite. Overall a really friendly, helpful team and good advocates for your brand. Many thanks!

Every member of staff in the Trowbridge Dreams store was extremely polite, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about their stock. When we were a bit undecided about what to settle with and almost changed our minds during the credit stage of our order, the staff were incredibly patient and helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied with our decision and payment plan. They were also brilliant with our two young children who were getting a bit impatient in the shop and were very kind and understanding. 100% satisfied, no complaints with any area of our experience at all, will definitely recommend!
