The way the difference between the mattresses were explained made it easy to choose the one which best fitted our needs

we found James Felton, extremely helpful and knowledgable about the mattresses to suit our needs, helping us to try different combinations of mattresses and pillows, but at the same time leaving us make our own minds up, to which mattress suited us, with no pressure, he made us feel welcome and relaxed to shop in Dreams,

i changed my mind several times on my choices, but the assistant was happy to go along and wait, as there are rather a lot of choices, even after she had checked something

the manager, James and his assistant, Natasha, where very helpful without being pushy. both had a very high knowledge of the product we were interested in.

The salesman took time to understand what we wanted and helped us make our informed choice

Well, first we popped over to Brislington Bristol store, where we had chosen our bed and mattress, but unfortunately my husband was unsatisfied with the service we received, as he found the sales representative was very pushes and argumentative, so we left to go away and think about it and went home. The following Sunday we decided to try the Trowbridge store and was glad we did. We found a sales representative straight away, who was extremely calming and sentative, we told him of our experience and he was apologetic. We settled to discuss our choice, the bed was not in store but he found it on line, then we choose our mattress, and again settled to complete our order, straight away we were offered coffee, which my husband took up, (never got offered in Bristol). So we done a deal which we were both extremely happy with and came away totally satisfied. This time we can say we were very pleased with our service from James. And look forward to receiving our new bed and too a good nights sleep.
