The gentleman that served us (Scott) was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable the beds and mattresses. The other store members appeared to be very friendly as well. The comfort guarantee is brilliant, offering peace of mind when spending a considerable amount of money for something as important as a bed.

The product was in stock and was available for delivery in less than three days and there was no delivery charge!! Perfect!!
