Dreams - Trowbridge

Jim who works in Dreams, Trowbridge was so very helpful and friendly. We were offered tea and coffee and he immediately pointed us in the direction of the discount offers in the shop. We very quickly found the perfect mattress for a great price and we are sleeping soundly. Thank you Dreams!

The customer service was excellent from our sales assistant Natasha. She understood our needs and was very knowledgeable. Having given us some comprehensive information she allowed us to browse the store for awhile and made us both a cup of tea. She also helped us make our decision about our purchase which we are very happy with. We are considering some further purchases for or bedroom ie bedside cabinet etc and would definitely visit this store again.

The sales consultant James was very polite kind and knowledgeable about the types of mattress that were available he ensured I got the correct product to meet my requirements he did not push the most expensive one but was able to clearly explain to me the differing levels of comfort each one would offer and how each one was designed for comfort and daily use. He offered me the protection cover which after he explained the benefits I opted to take. He also explained for a fee you could collect and recycle old bed on delivery of new one again I took this as all my needs were more than met in a 45 min visit

Natasha was very patient with our indecisiveness. She didn't push but was very persuasive with her knowledge of the product and her understanding of our needs. This was our second visit and Natasha was the first to assist us then as well. Her customer service was so good we felt bad for not purchasing anything the first time. She was very good and deserves a pay rise after having to deal with us...twice!

James the store manager listened to what i was looking for and answered any questions. No hard sell just recommendations and highly efficient service

We were looking for a new mattress of high quality and comfort. The assistant was very attentive and helped us to select the right product at the right price. We tried out a number of mattresses to select the correct firmness and found the assistants advise on the button. Having made our decision the order was placed swiftly and we decided that the warranty extension was extremely good value given the other services thrown in with the deal. We are looking forward to the delivery of the mattress which if on schedule will make the puchase a real pleasure.

The service in store was amazing and very helpful, it was so quick and easy to buy the bed and mattress we wanted. The sales assistant, Natalie, was very knowledgable about the beds and mattresses they had in store.

The service we received from Jim the store manager at Trownridge was excellent. He knew his stuff, helped us choose an excellent mattress and stayed on well past closing time to process it in a friendly and unhurried manner. After a previously poor experience with Dreams on the delivery of a different bed, this has gone a long way to re-establish my view of Dreams.
