Scott was very good, he explained the make-up of the product in lay mans terms making it very understandable. The choice in the store was extensive and made it difficult to come away without a purchase as there was a mattress for everyone.

Nothing was any trouble when from the time we entered the store to the completion of our purchase. Staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The assistant was extremely courteous, positive and not assertive, leaving us to choose, but with lots of information + we were extremely happy withnthe product and the return conditions.
