The store manager, Jim, was really helpful without being pushy. He offered advice without trying to sell us something we didn't need and overall we were really pleased with the shopping experience.

The friendliness of the staff without being over pushy, the knowledge of the sales person and he listened to what we wanted and gave appropriate advice.

We went in store to have a browse. Salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us space to try various beds with his advice sought to tailor our requirements. We ended up making a purchase as we found exactly what we needed.

Your colleague was engaging and friendly but not overly so. He was helpful but gave us time to try the various beds and did not rush us.

When I arrived in store I was greeted by Scott to have a look at the bed I was choosing , I had a look with my husband and Scott didn't make us feel pressured into staying and ordering , I left then came back a few days later and made up my mind as to what I wanted. We then ordered and I was adamant I wanted the delivery by a certain date and Scott made this happen for us. He made everything clear and easy to understand and was a pleasure to talk to. We had a small problem with the transaction but Scott cleared it up extremely quickly - very professional and knowledgeable.
