We had a very friendly and knowledgable assistant who showed us several mattresses explained their differences and gave us time to try them out and decide without interfearing. She then efficiently went through the payment and delivery process organising our delivery within a fourtnight.

Spacious, light, well laid out store with massive choice of beds and bases in different shades Max our sales guy was obviously very knowledgeable and with his help we are very satisfied with our choice of very attractive bed and mattress . Also we decided to buy two side cabinets which match the bed. Altogether a very satisfying purchase!

I had help when I needed it and was given plenty of time to decide myself without ant pressure from sales assistants. They did check if I needed further help which was great. The order was easy and quick I had a seat and was offered coffee or tea.

The store manager, Jim, was really helpful without being pushy. He offered advice without trying to sell us something we didn't need and overall we were really pleased with the shopping experience.
