the sales assistant was knowledgeable.

We had lots of help from the store manager and he wasn't pushy just gave us lots of information and left us to decide.

The store Manager took time to listen to our needs and wish list, however he was not at all pushy and gave us time to try out the matresses in the store to make our selection. Look forward to delivery of our new bed....

all went smoothly, Natasha assisted us very well and knew her stuff as well as when to step back. A delicate and potentially stressful visit was made as peaceful as possible.

Friendly knowledgeable staff,explaining about the different products available, giving us time on our own to look around and returning to enquire if everything was ok and then very helpful when going through the ordering process. Taking time to explain delivery times etc..James (Jim) served us.. Nice guy!
