As soon as we came in we were greeted and asked if we needed help with no pressure. We tried numerous mattresses and was advised on 3 that were all good and made a decision on the best quality and feel. Only after we decided were we told all the selling points of the more expensive mattress that we went for.

Discussion of our needs was good Identification and explanation of products and where they fitted in to the range was good. Costs explained, delivery explained, warranty explained.

First time buying a bed and James who served us was very welcoming when first coming into the store and throughout

the assistant James was very polite and knowledgable, whilst always being at hand he gave us space to think things over, so for me he was a great asset to your team and handsome to boot..

It was New Year's Day so a bit tired and hungover and Natalie was very mindful of this and very understanding and possibly more patient with us as lying down seemed such a good thing to ease the hangover. She was very knowledgeable of the product she was selling and let us flit and keep returning and explaining over and over as my memory was not at its best.

Greeted with a warm welcome and a hot drink. Natasha was very polite, she gave us space and time to look around the store without being intrusive. When needed she had great knowledge of all the products and spent as much time with us as we needed to make our final decision, and ultimately a purchase.
