Particularly pleased with the knowledge and help given by the assistant who listened to our queries and showed us exactly what we needed and was very helpful.

We were welcomed to the store on entering, and asked if we needed assistance, which at the time we were just browsing for a sofa bed. The assistant didn't hoover over us or pressurise us in any way, was available when we did have a query, even though he wasn't sure about the answer, he went to find out the information and returned successfully. So we decided that your store had what we needed and went ahead and placed the order. Also we were able to arrange a delivery date, which was convenient for us, at the time of order. So when we left the store we felt comfortable with our spend, and also knowing that we didn't have to wait for a call to arrange a delivery, as we were able to arrange this at the time of order. All in all an excellent experience.
