Dreams - Trowbridge

Our visit to the store today was a very good experience. The assistant (Jim) helped us with his knowledge of the product and lovely manner. We went shopping not really thinking we'd end up making a purchase today, but his help enabled us to make an informed decision. We also liked the way that he was not pushy and gave us time alone to chat about our purchase.....a cup of coffee was a very nice touch! He explained the different types of mattresses in a way we could understand ...thank you Jim!

Store was not busy at the time of the visit, so the staff had time to give us their full attention

All our questions were answered by an experienced salesperson.

Was easy, Natasha knew what she was talking about if she wasn't sure then she checked for us.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff who allowed us to browse at leisure and were available as soon as we needed assistance. Took their time to assist and help.

We were allowed time to browse the store before being asked if we required any assistance. At no time did we feel any pressure and all the assistance provided was both useful and extremely helpful. At the end of the process we had achieved the purchase of all that we required and kept within our predetermined budget.

Salesman Jim was informative but not pushy at all.
