I was looking for a particular mattress due to physical needs your colleague was very patient, listened well, and understood my needs. I have worked in retail most of my life and was highly impressed with the level of customer service I received

not at all rushed, pleasant assistance.

The different types of mattress was explained to me to help my choice. I tried them all and was given a cup of tea and told to take my time. Natasha was very clear and helpful.

Was very well looked after by max the sales rep.went into great detail to explain what I was buying.nice friendly chap. Could not have wanted more. He made me fieal at ease and did in no way add any pressure to the sell the item .this what I like.. Thank you so much.

Natasha at the Trowbridge store was extemeley helpful, we only intended to "have a look" and when we were first greeted by someone I was anticipating a full sales pitch but instead we told Natasha our needs and she was extremley knowledgable and let us test the beds that she thought we would love, she gave us all the information we needed and then let us have our own time to "shop" we left the shop extremley impressed and could not fault her customer service and knowledge, please pass on our Thanks and gratitude, it's not everyday you receive customer service like that, we cannot wait to receive our order!!!

the assistant asked and understood my requirements immediately and offered good sound advice to my initial enquiry his knowledge and advice is what prompted me to make my purchases that day
