Was served by Natasha. We explained what we were looking for, and she showed us a range of beds and explained in 'layman's terms' the differences between them. She was very compitent and professional, it was quite a pleasure to shop there. We were going to look in other stores, but then felt we didn't need to and purchased at the time 😁

Left to browse at our own pace, no pressure felt to purchase anything nor did we feel watched on. Once decided on our goods, server was knowledgeable and happy to process our order.

We knew which product we wanted.But nevertheless the staff was very helpful.

The lady who served us couldn't do enough to help us. We came in looking to update our mattress and ending up spending £3500 on a new bed etc and we do feel we have got the prefect product for us. I also did not feel rushed or hurried in anyway and nothing was to much trouble. So please thank her :)

Double sheets were supplied in kingsize packages swapped over all ok and headboard ordered quick delivery date

Jim was very helpful and kept the shop open later than usual for us. Helped us find the perfect bed and wasn't pushy at all. Top man we are very pleased with our purchase.

Natasha who welcomed us to the store was very helpful. She talked us through the different bed comforts and then left us to experience them. She then checked in to see how we were doing. She advised a few different beds based on my choice. She then talked me through the finance options and how I could spread the payments to make it cheaper.

Natasha was immediately available, asked me to describe my needs. With information given she immediately was able to give me at least four options to satisfy my requirements. I had a particular budget and Natasha was able to assist me in finding (what I feel to be) a perfect fit within my budget and physical needs. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait for my bed and mattress to arrive so that I can at last have a good night's sleep. Thank you Natasha.
