Dreams - Trowbridge

The shop assistant listened to our needs and did not pressurise us into buying something more expensive than we needed. He showed us curtesy and listened to what we were exactly were looking for and he gave us time to make our own choice from the options he showed us. A genuine good shopping experience where the advice and help we asked for was given.

We were approached by a salesman as soon as we entered the store who explained how the beds were laid out ie. different colour display pillows for types of beds. Jim, our salesman explained in detail how the different beds were made and tried to ascertain exactly what we were looking for. Once he knew our requirements he suggested a few beds for us to try and we decided to purchase one of the beds Jim had selected.

Natasha was very patient and understanding with Mum. She explained things so Mum would understand. Mum was pleased and happy with the service she received from Natasha.

No pushy sales persons. Browsed for a while then Natasha advised us on different types of mattresses available for our needs. She was very helpful and even offered us a beverage while in store. I had put off store visit for new bed for months, but now I don't know why!

Natasha was very knowledgeable and showed us quite a few different beds varying in price and features. All in all we were really happy with the service and did not feel pressurised at all.

The member of staff (manager I think?) I saw when I entered the store was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It probably helped that was a quiet time so staff were available as soon as I walked in but they were invaluable in helping choose a purchase.

We had a different leaflet in comparison to the one in store, therefore the prices we had were a lot lower. After speaking with all three members of staff they worked together in helping us find the correct furniture for our bedroom within our price range. amazing team and fantastic service. lovely cup of coffee too!
