James was very helpful and gave me info and advice to help me make my decision. The delivery time I required was available. I was very happy with the speed of service

James was very helpful, friendly and patient, eventhough we spent a lot of time trying the same mattresses again and again. He explained the entire product range, ordering process and delivery process to us which made us feel very comfortable when ordering our mattress.

We came in to the store with no clue what we wanted and both times we were kindly greeted and explained about all the differences and the choices we had. Since it was our first bought mattress it was very important that we knew the differences and we actually got to try them all. We were very much pleased with the assistance in the store (Trowbridge) and also the delivery staff.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Offered coffee when filling out order form. Patience and understanding of my need to fully consider my purchase. Not hurried, or appearing bored with my indecision.

I was greeted by sales person who was able to help with what I wanted and was very pleasant and informative.

Very satisfied with my trip to dreams, assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable!

The manager was helpful but not'in your face'....and honest....nice chap..
