Dreams - Trowbridge

We were looked after by Max. He listened very carefully and then used the mattress simulator to understand our body needs too. We tried and tested the easily distinguishable mattresses and purchased one of them. Very simple and with 0% and free delivery and can't fault Dreams.

we actually visited the trowbridge store twice as we were very unsure which mattress would be best for us, both times we dealt with max. We felt he was very professional, we were not pushed into buying and given plenty of time to make a decision.

Very friendly staff. Everything about the item I purchased was well explained. One criticism. One of the members of staff told us the product was good quality leather but it appears on your website that it is faux leather. Shame on him for that because that for me was not a selling point so he didn't need to lie.

I thought the customer service was brilliant, and I found the bed of my dreams (pardon the pun). Being offered a bottle water in this warm weather was such a lovely touch

WE were not pushed into purchasing something we were unsure of. While very efficient the salesman was not pushy, and listened to our idea's about what we wanted and advised accordingly. The salesman recognised that we did not want the optional insurance and did not try and persuade us.

Max at the Trowbridge store helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was extremely helpful and informative. He got us what we needed and the process was quick and easy.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and catered for and listened to our needs/requirements.

James who served us was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us find and choose everything we needed. The computerised bed was great and helped us find the mattress that was right. It was refreshing to leave a bed shop without feeling worn out from the experience of getting on and off loads of beds.
