We were not pestered but left to try different mattresses and then were given advice on comfort and prices the assistant James was very helpful

With the assistance we had, everything was dealt with in a prompt manner.

Natashe was very helpful in describing the different types of product which allowed us to make a decision to purchase.

James was extremely helpful and showed us many different options. He was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. We spent about 2 hours looking and trying different beds until we found the perfect one. James showed us everything we asked for and gave us time to consider our options and when we were ready sat us down to order. Ordering was very easy and he went through everything including colours available (for the headboard to match the divan base). We decided to take out the 8 year cover too of which James explained it was optional but it made sense to seeing we were spending a fair amount on the divan, mattress and headboard. Delivery time was very reasonable (approximately 2 weeks) which is quicker than most places. Overall very happy the the service provided in store by James and looking forward to a decent nights sleep!

The experience was very easy from start to finish, friendly member of staff greeted us, named Max. Clearly kbowledgeable of all products as re bed we wanted wasn't in store but he knew the specific one just from the name, straight away. We were also offered another promotional discount on pillows and came away very happy with the purchase.

When I explained our space problem the assistant knew exactly where to direct me for products that would fit and could explain the different mattresses. Didn't try to sell anything irrelevant.

Very easy to view products in shop and was assisted and advised on choice, order completed speedily, was even offered tea or coffee whilst we completed order, sales assistance couldn't of helped more

The assistant, Natasha, was very helpful, seemed very knowledgeable about the products and was not too pushy. Gave us plenty of time to make our choice and showed us a wide selection to compare.

James was so friendly and very patient with us, even though we were in the store for nearly 2 hours repeatedly lying on the same mattresses while we made our decision. With James' help, we managed to find a mattress that exceeded our expectation but was still within our budget. James also explained all the terms and conditions and delivery process with us and we left feeling like we knew exactly what we'd bought and what would happen next.
