Good choice of products and good availability with free delivery. Sales staff were not too overbearing and allowed us to wander and try the various products. Sales staff also very knowledgable re product types..

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us into anything. We visited the store the day before we placed our order, to see what type of mattress we liked, then came back the next day to order. the staff member who spoke to us when we were looking remembered us and what mattresses we were looking at.

The salesperson, James, was knowledgeable, helpful but not too pushy. The store was set out very well and easy to browse around. We were even offered a cuppa!
