The assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy. There was a good choice of products in the item that I required. I was given my choice of delivery date and when that day arrives I will be given a two hour time slot instead of having to wait in all day. Also, I was pleased with the range of available extras such as assembly by the delivery men and disposal of old bed.

The assistant Natasha was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the product. She gave us time to look around and time to consider the mattress we required. She also advised us of all the extras we could have with our mattress.

As we walked into the shop we tried a few beds Natasha from the Trowbridge store seen us try the different colour and came and explained what colour meant. She then asked us what type we were loosing for and showed us all the ones she thought would suit our requirements. Even though it took a while to choose she was very patient with us. We brought the bed on Sunday and it was deluged by the Tuesday. Both delivery men (Ash and Adam) were grate came on time and took up to the bedroom for me. Couldn't of asked for better service

Quick, painless, excellent service from store manager.

The Trowbridge store manager, Jim was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. There was no pressured sales technique and we were even given a cup of tea! He explained the difference in the mattresses and guided us according to our specific requirements. All this made for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Total cooperation and assistance with the purchase.

Natasha in the Trowbridge store was excellent in every way She saw us looking for the ideal mattress for my 91 year old father and explained the colour coding on the beds and added a clear piece of information on each colours pros and cons after which she left us alone to discuss the beds we looked at and then when she saw we had possibly decided on a type of mattress she offered us alternative deals and options we had not thought of. The bed was needed that day so the normal delivery times were making it look like a no-sale. Natasha suggested an alternative whereby we bought him one of the new type of mattress which we could take with us for an immediate fix to our needs and then come back later to order the the new complete bed for Dad and, knowing I had mentioned that I needed a new mattress, then we (my wife and I) can have the mattress we took today. This was a real case of thinking outside the box and gained a sale today and another when Dad is satisfied on the quality and comfort of the mattress he is trying. A win win all round.

Max who served us didn't pressure us into making a purchase and gave us options that we hadn't thought of. He was quite happy to leave us alone to make a decision. My husband has MS so our requirements were quite specific and Max understood that we needed to be sure of what we were buying and why. The whole process was simple.

Good choice of products and good availability with free delivery. Sales staff were not too overbearing and allowed us to wander and try the various products. Sales staff also very knowledgable re product types..

Although very helpful. The staff did not pester us and let us browse.
