Dreams - Trowbridge

I was served by James at the Trowbridge store, validation code 043, who was simply fantastic. A good old fashioned, knowledgeable, polite salesman. Exemplary!

Although there were no available assistants in store when we entered and looked round, when one eventually arrived she was most helpful, very patient and with a good knowledge of products etc. She placed our order quickly, came up with a suitable delivery date, and organised interest free credit efficiently.

The salesman was polite, knowledgeable and did not presserise us into making a purchase. We tried the mattress on his suggestion and then went away to check our size and then came back the following morning to make the purchase. The forty night option etc was well explained along with the extra insurance and again no pressure. The delivery set up was explains and a convenient date selected. Thank you and well done Dreams.

We arrived in store with our 18 month old. Max helped us straight away. I wasn't sure what mattress I wanted but with the information I provided he matched us to the perfect mattress. We were given discount for further purchases on pillows. We were offered drinks throughout and both employees working that day understood our 18 month old playing in the shop whilst we paid.

All the products we have purchased at dreams are all in high standard and we are satisfied and happy.. Also the staff were all very friendly and helpful.. We would definitely go back to dreams again if we need something in the future..

Myself and my partner, Marion, had wanted a new bed for a long time, although we were not sure about purchasing at first (we were only intending to "window shop"). We had no idea what was good as it has been a long time since we both had a new bed. The only thing we knew we wanted was a King. However, your assistant, Natasha, noticed we were in a bit of trouble and offered to help us with anything we needed. She was highly positive and was very good to our four year old daughter, which we found highly heart-warming compared to other stores. Natasha helped us find the right bed for our price margin, and during the process she even got us chairs and cups of coffee - she made us feel right at home! Once we had made our purchase, we got the bed delivered and the assembly was very easy - much easier than many IKEA products! The delivery men were brilliant and friendly, and very quick and provided advice for constructing the bed since I wanted to make it myself. We have no regrets about our purchase, and we even slept through this May's thunder storms because it is so comfortable (my partner is the lightest sleeper!). I have told friends and family to shop with you! Brilliant service!

The sales assistant gave us her undivided attention and was very knowledgeable regarding the types of beds and matrasses available. She was not at all pushy leaving the decision to us and because of this we returned the next day and made the purchase.

Good price for adjustable bed, very helpful advice re mattress selection, very helpful and accommodating service in placing order, only a little disappointed at the waiting time for delivery.

Purchased a double bed and mattress two years ago. So pleased with my purchase returned to buy another double bed and mattress for my guest room. Good quality products and great value. Customer Care, second to none. Very happy customer.
