From the time walking into the store, from showing us though bed range we was looking for. VERY SATISFIED. Staff friendly and helpful.

He was a very friendly advisor, said hello when we walked in, helped us with what we were looking for and we bought a bed there and then.

Max the store assistant was brilliant amd took a lot of care making sure we were highly satisfied.

This is our second visit to Dreams stores this year and the quality of service and attention to detail was brilliant on both occasions. Knowledge of products were both excellent and the reason we returned was the good service we received at Filton branch. We were not disappointed, the service was equally as friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely keen on making our experience a good one. We were shown everything we asked, and more, with full explanations on every piece of advice. We were given as much time as we needed with no hassle, moving from bed to bed to try them out, and they were ready to answer any queries immediately, giving us their full attention. The staff had an excellent knowledge of their products and services and the process of making a purchase was quick and easy and we were given extra options but with no pressure to take them up, the decision was left to us. We highly recommend this store.
