The staff member I saw was extremely helpful and not pushy.

We were given good answers for all our questions and given time to try the mattresses even though it was closing time.

We had bought from the same store a few years ago and was happy then with the service and subsequent product ..... so why not again ! We were not disappointed today .

Natasha was really helpful and answered all our questions. We had a nice mug of coffee and placed our order. It was done efficiently and as quick as was possible and she explained everything as we went along great service.

Found what I was looking for and placed an order nice and easy.

We shopped to get what we wanted, and we walked away happy.now the big test will be when we sleep on it!

Natascha came to help us and was absolutely perfect in every way, not pushy but would ask questions, listen and answer with all the knowledge we needed. She patiently let us look at and test different options and was so pleasant from start to finish as well as been thorough explaining everything clearly. Trowbridge Dreams are lucky to have her on team.

Very friendly and helpful staff member called Max. Helped us with his knowledge and listened to what we wanted our mattress to be like. Excellent price. Fast delivery date. Will definitely come back.

The sales person, Natasha, was knowledgeable about the mattresses and able to guide us to specific mattresses following our stated needs. I was pleased as it matched the same conclusion that we had come to after researching online but we wanted to make sure by checking it out in store. Ordering was easy and expected delivery in 4 days after the order placed was perfect.
