Friendly service and good informative advice

James in the Trowbridge store was extremely helpful and his product knowledge was excellent nothing was too much trouble & he was very patient

As soon as we entered the shop we were entertained right away and been asked what we were looking for. Then we were shown different kinds of mattress and been asked to try it. Then he explained and answered all our questions.

I was very impressed by the knowledge of Natasha from Trowbridge store.very polite and friendly and not pushy at all.help me purchase my first new bed..felt very relaxed with her assistance.very enjoyable experience.

The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. We didn't feel pressured to purchase anything but when we expressed interest in a product and had questions they were answered for us. Overall a good experience and we gained a wonderful product!

The member of staff - Jim Fulton - introduced himself straightaway and asked if he could help us. We gave him an indication of what we were looking for and he provided useful guidance on the products that might be suitable. He then left us to spend as much time as we needed to make a decision. We at no time felt under any pressure which contributed to us actually making a purchase. He was there to answer questions if required but gave us the space we needed. We were offered hot or cold drinks and one of us was pleased to have a glass of water as it was quite warm in the shop. When we had decided on what to purchase he went through the administrative processes in a clear way. Altogether a pleasant shopping experience.

I loved being able to lie on bed also been to a few bed shops before dreams and due to lack of assistance walked out. Can't wait for my new bed to arrive
