Very welcoming, acknowledge staff who dealt with our needs promptly and it felt like nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed. We were even offered a coffee whilst we completed our purchase. The advisor also advise us on additional pillows as we suffer with neck and back problems, which we purchased.

Natasha was extremely professional and was patient, thorough and had a broad range of product knowledge. Her approach was direct but not pushy and went to great lengths to find us the right bed.

This was my third purchase recently and the staff are always helpful, stay on to deal with your purchase when due to close and also very knowledgeable.

They were great. My son, who is autistic, asked loads and loads of questions and the staff were more that happy to answer them and she was very very patient. Also my son became very pale while we were in the store and the staff, Natasha I think her name is, gave him a glass of water and some cookies.

James was extremley knowledgable about all the products. Very friendly.

Max was attentive to my needs and clearly explained everything to me followed by a written quote. No artificial "sale prices ending etc" pressure to consider my purchase. Late that afternoon I phoned to confirm my order and spoke to James who carefully took all the necessary details. Next morning, having spoken to my Daughter I had to change the order and once again James dealt with changes and when asked offered his advice. All together very satisfactory and supportive service to someone who hasn't been in a bed store for very many years.

Max was very courteous, gave very helpful information and gave us time to consider . There was no pressure which is so nice. The options for what we were looking for was fully given. We were encouraged gently to try the bed and think about how it felt,always a bit embarrassing but it felt fine today , even my husband tried them . So we were clear we needed medium. The fact we weren't pressured means I am very happy with our decisions, bed, colour , bed head etc . Great experience took a brochure for the children yay setting up homes.
